This is a Japanese model, and chronometer/chronograph functions are just for show. Only the Swiss models are fully functional.

This watch has Japanese Quartz movement, which means it runs on batteries.
Only the second hand dial and date are functional on this watch.

No, the chronographs on this model are not functional. The chronographs only work on our Swiss model watches, this is a Japanese model and as such the chronographs are for show only.
