in all tag cronographs, having japanese quartz machine, do the cronograph fully work or it is only for showing?

Japanese replicas on the other hand have Miyota automatic movement. It is common on Japanese quality watches that some of the functionality is for show only. Another thing to consider is that the battery reserve on Japanese quality watches is lower so if you remove your watch you may need to wind it again before using it.

Are displayed functions fully-functional?

No, the chronographs on this model are not functional. The chronographs only work on our Swiss model watches, this is a Japanese model and as such the chronographs are for show only.
