Panerai. The watch resembles the original. It weighs similar and feels pretty close. The only flaw is in the back where it says officine panerai. The P is out of place. Other than that, a solid watch.

Panerai has the authentic feel. It is a big watch. feels original. so far it's working as long as you keep winding it. The only flaw I saw in the back where it's printed or embossed Officine Panerai. The P in panerai was sort of out of place.

How to tell the watch is using swiss or japanese movement thank you ali

Swiss replica models have Swiss made ETA automatic movement, 25 jewels. All the functionality of the watch is fully operational. It is more or less exactly like the real thing. Japanese replicas on the other hand have Miyota automatic movement, 21 jewels. It is common on Japanese quality watches that some of the functionality is for show only. Another thing to consider is that the battery reserve on Japanese quality watches is lower so if you remove your watch you may need to wind it again before using it.

this is why you should rate your product. In january I wrote a review for my first bought watch (a Franck Muller Master Square White).... and for that review I was one of february's winners of a free watch!!!! This Panerai Black Ionized (1950) model was sent to only me a few days after I claimed my prize. Thank you replicawatches!!

A few days before I chose this Panerai, I had already ordered three watches, amongst which there was a PA-60. This is my favourite watch today, because it is wearable with many outfits. The Panerai Black (I will call it the 1950, as collectors claim that that is its name...) is however more beautifull!! I ordered it mainly because of the band type and color. When the watch was delivered, I was truly amazed by its simple but stylish look. I hav not seen a more beautiful watch in my life! The amount of compliments I get for it is phenomenal.

The strap I said to be suede, but I find it more nubbuck (one bit more leathery than suede. This is actually nicer than suede if you ask me.

There are two small flaws however....
Next to the 6 position, there is text saying L SWISS to the left and MADE L to the right of the 6. In the original 1950 watches, the distance between L and SWISS and L and MADE, is larger. But who other than absolute watch-geeks, nerds or me would notice?

Furthermore, the screw on the clasp is not black ionized, but metal-coloured with black paint. As always with black paint on metal; it has faded, so on the matt black watch there is a small glistening silver dot. I am thinking of painting it again....

Other than this, the watch is great! Don't decide whether or not to purchase this one by looking at the picture. It simply does not look as great in the pictures as it is on your wrist. Trust me; buy this one!

is this watch automatic or quartz ? some automatics watches stops if you dont wear it while sleep so you have to fix the time every morning ?

This watch has Japanese Automatic movement, sweeping second hand.
When you first receive your automatic replica, you need to wind it for 3 minutes(30 turns -full circle) straight before wearing it. If you wear it everyday, it will continue to wind itself on your wrist when you move around and walk.
Inside the face of the watch there is a small mallet which self winds the watch according to the movement of your hand. What you need to do is what we call "jump start" the watch, the same way as you would format a newly purchased mobile phone. You will have to turn the watch (the hands of the watch) for 720 degrees (full circle twice) 3 times a day for 2 days.After you turn it full circle twice simply wear the watch and the small mallet inside it will move according to the movement of your hand.
If you stop wearing it for more than approximately 2 days, the watch will need to be reset, but will then automatically wind itself once you start wearing it again. The disadvantage to this is pretty clear. Your watch doesn't keep time if you don't wear it constantly.

Just wondering what is the difference when you specify Japanese Miyota movement. Some of them are "Automatci/Kinetic" . When you list Japanese Miyota without specifying kinetic, does that mean it's quartz or that it's manual winding mechanical movement? thanks

Our watches have either Japanese Miyota movement (automatic/kinetic) or Japanese Quartz movement, which means it runs on batteries.

HI, I'm very interested in this GMT but there are some significant differences from the genuine. the date window is not there instead of the 3 oclock also the writing "ceramica" and (less importantly) the back... it is still a really nice watch though for that many inconsistencies why is it so expensive?
