How does the bretoing 622243 vary from an original piece?

The watch is made after the original, same design and materials. On this watch only the second hand dial and date are functional. We carry two types of mechanism watches, the Swiss and the Japanese mechanism models. The Swiss models are just as functional as the original brand name produced watches are. So please rest assured that all the mechanisms will function correctly.
However, in most cases with the Japanese mechanism models the chronograph functionality is for show only. That being said we have gone to great lengths to make sure that all of our products are as near to perfect as possible. Be they Swiss models or Japanese models all of our items are guaranteed to feature all the correct markings and engravings, in all the right places.
Brand logos, serial numbers and even the specific weight and hand-feel of each piece has been replicated.

The real version of this watch has an exhibition back, but the photos of this watch looks like just a plain back? Does this come with an exhibition back?

As the pictures indicate, the watch will come with a solid back. We are not able to make changes to our items, as they are sold as shown online.
As advertised, delivery time should not exceed 7 to 10 days once the item is mailed out from our end. You will be able to track the parcel, because we will email you a tracking number.

do the chronograph dials actually work on this watch

No, the chronographs on this model are not functional. The chronographs only work on our Swiss model watches, this is a Japanese model and as such the chronographs are for show only.
