What kind of movement e.g. mechanical or battery operated? If mechanical, is it self winding or manual? If automatic, how long it can hold full charge?

This watch has Japanese Automatic movement, 21 jewels, sweeping second hand.
Your kinetic watch does not use a battery. Inside the face of the watch there is a small mallet which self-winds the watch according to the movement of your hand. If you take the watch off for more than 24 hours you may have to reset the watch and wind it.

Can i buy just this strap with all the springs to attach to my same watch that i bought a year ago. My watch still works fine, but leather strap is became unusable and springs in side strap i lost. Please let me know and i will buy it.

Yes, it's OK to sell just strap, but there are two problems I need to put emphasis before you order, First, different parts produced from different factories, may have slight different in size; second, the shipping cost for the strap is the same high as shippingl a watch, one piece of strap needs 50USD, including the shipping fee.
