Do you guys ship to Greece? I am worried about the customs, please advise.

yes, we ship there everyday, we have rather rich experience for sending the parcels, and we have some useful methods to avoid the custom issue, it can pass your custom smoothly and fast. If you are rather sensitive about the custom issue, we would like to send the parcel by Hongkong regular mail post, which is much safer, but this method lasts a little bit long time, the normal shipping time is about 15 days.

those two push buttoms on either side of the crown what are they for? are they functional? the inside sub dial is the date? the second big hand is for time zone? does the bezel rotates or is fixed with no movement?

The 6 o'clock sub dial is for date and is functional. The second hand dial and GMT hand (arrow hand) are both functional. You can use the smaller buttons to set the watch. The bezel doesn't rotate.

why do watches with Swiss movement have a bigger diameter than the ones without?
Also why do some diameters have 2 sizes eg. 48x42 ?

The Swiss models are different from the non swiss, it is only natural to have different dimensions. The two diameters that you see are 48 (from edge to edge) and 42 (only glass).
