How does the GMT hand on this watch work?

With the dual time zone watches there is an extra position for the crown and an extra hand which shows GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Basically you use the first position to set GMT time and then the second position to set the hour hand to your home time zone. You can then turn the dial to to select any time zone in the world.
It is a little complicated to explain in detail in an email so I recommend you watch this video.

The GMT function is not working.

When you say : "Kinetic (automatic)", what do you really mean: is it a kinetic movement (=quartz feeded by a mechanical rotor) or real automatic movement (full mechanical)?

Our watches have either Quartz movement, run on batteries, or kinetic (automatic) movement, sweeping second hand.

A lot of Bang for the Buck. Good weight, and a great look (without having to spend thousands on the real thing). Doesn't have a cheap look to it at all, and I receive many compliments from friends and folks at work. Keeps good time and all functions operate well. I sometimes swap the steel bracelet with a thick leather nato strap for a sportier look. Very pleased.
