However, when an order exceeds a certain amount it is company policy to call the customer and go over the details with them on the phone before processing the order and passing it on to our warehouse for packaging and shipping. The watch says Swiss but the movement says kinetic which one is it

Kinetic means that the movement is automatic and that the second hand will sweep across the dial. Swiss and Japanese can be both quartz (battery) or kinetic (automatic).
