How long dose it take to receive your order the confirmation email I received said 9 to 15 days I've been waiting 18 days and the tracking information I was given says it hasn't even shipped yet. I've sent several emails and I'm not getting any answers. this isn't really going anywhere. I just want to know if my product is coming or not and when to expect it.

I placed my order. And the next day instead of a confirmation email for my order I received an email from a third-party telling me they needed a picture of the front of my card. I've sent two emails in response to this trying to find out what's going on and the status of my order cuz that didn't sound right can someone please contact me back and let me know what's going on.
