Hey im interested in this watch, but do both second hands work?

I understand you guys are pushing for excellent quality , owning several watches as these, I was curious whether the watches were automatic with the second hand etc.?

The current model: en60158 is battery operated, which means that it will tick. However, we have automatic watches that will come with a sweeping second hand. Please see below:
