The pictures of the rear of the watch show a winding mechanism, not automatic... Though on the specifications it says kinetic/automatic. The Speedmasters usually are winding mechanism. So what movement this watch incorporates?

The movement is Kinetic but does not have a self winding feature, you will need to wind the watch once every 24hours to keep it running.

Hello I noticed that in the picture the hand in bottom subdial does not move. Is it the picture or does the hand stay in that position all the time. Or does it work like a proper chronometer?
