I bought one of this and never worked, I would wind and in twenty minutes it would stop. The watch has completely stopped working. Do I need to change battery or watch doesn't have battery?

This model has an automatic movement and requires manual winding before being worn. We checked our records and you did not purchase the other item from us so we would recommend to give this one a try.
