Is the year, month, day, s?te and the turbillon funktional? Does the mahinery looks like the real or is something different?

This is a Japanese model, thus the chronographs will not be fully functional. They will work, but will not be very accurate. As for the turbillon, this is static.

Is the chronograph fully functional on this watch?

No, the chronographs on our Japanese models are not functional. The chronographs only work on our Swiss model watches, this is a Japanese model and as such the chronographs are for show only. If you want a watch will working sub dials, you will need to buy a Swiss model watch.

One of my fav. Looks and feels great! Would have given a 5 stars but the first watch they sent was defected. However, they were able to send me a replacement within a week or two, after I sent the original one back. Very great service. Replacement watch is way better. Awesome watch!!
