Can you confirm what kind of case and bezel this watch has? It does not say in the description and I just wanted to confirm it was all stainless steel

The case and bezel are made of 440 solid stainless steel.

Hi. Does the watch have full functionality? Eg. do all the buttons actually work? And how much to ship to Ireland? And how do I avoid incurring any import duties and customs charges?

Automatic movement watch comes without chronograph fuction. The pictures are taken from the actual items we manufacture and send to our customers. What you see in the picture is exactly what you will receive.
you need to add the product to the shopping cart, press the green button ("Proceed to Checkout" button). On the second step, you will be asked to write the shipping details. Please enter there all the necessary details and then proceed to the next step.
