doesn't get any better. When I got my watch, the bracelet was too short for me so I went to a local watchmaker to have another fitted. I asked him if the watch was worth anything and he said around $2,500.00 AUD He assumed it was original !!! Like I said, It doesn't get any better

Cartier : What is the thickness(micron)of the gold plating? Will the plating gets tarnish or fading after awhile? Is the original also a quartz version?

Japanese- models have 5 microns gold plating. All of our replica watches are made from a resistant stainless steel metal alloy. The ones that are gold plated are then further coated with a protective layer for more resistance. This insures that their color will not turn or fade with time and use. However, you will have to take care of them and try not to let them get scratched.
The watch is made after the original, no details has been missed, including the mechanism.
