I bought this model about a year ago and the crown is broken. No jewellery can repair it or find the same crown. Is it possible to order the crown only?

Unfortunately the watch is not under warranty anymore. We can send a new crown for free together with an order.

Time for delivery

Shipping normally takes 7 to 10 days for delivery. However, when an order exceeds a certain amount it is company policy to call the customer and go over the details with them on the phone before processing the order and passing it on to our warehouse for packaging and shipping. So depending on your availability at the phone numbers you provide the process of getting your order to you may take a little longer. However you could speed things up by either calling our customer support or getting in touch with the support via live chat from our site and have them call you.
