Does the bracelet length of 165 mm INCLUDE the dial as well, so the total is 165 mm that fits around the wrist? Thank you.

165mm is just for the bracelet and therefore it will not take into account for the watch size, which will be another 23mm. Thus, the watch will fit a 7.4 inch wrist.
