Why is the description of the band different than the picture? which offshore black doesn't have the leather band?

The rubber band size. Does this fit most men? and if its to big can you make sit smaller?

The bracelet can be adjusted by using the holes in the band and the clasp pin.
The watch is made to fit a 11 inch wrist but you can fit the watch to a smaller wrist, down to 8 inches.
